List of Hill Robert's Reviews
Dr. Hill was absolutely excellent, I couldn't thank him more for the surgery on my eye. However, the office staff was a very difference experience. My company has high deductibles and I had to front all the money left on my deductible before they would even schedule surgery. That was $3900. That was $2000 for him and $1900 for my surgery center. Dr Hills bill came to around $800, I got that refund within the month. The surgery centers bill was around $900 and it took almost 4 months for that refund. My insurance company said no one from the office would answer their questions and the office said they never heard from the insurance company. I had to borrow money off my 401K for a surgery I could have put on my credit card because they demanded my deducible be paid first. I was told that if I would have had the $10,000 deducible I would have had to front the full amount. I find that totally ridiculous. There was NO option to put money down and pay the rest when you get the bill. Its sad that they demanded the money upfront and after 2 months and already getting one refund, they still hadnt cashed my checks. I had to threaten to put a stop payment on them to make them do it. A very hard lesson to learn. I would not be able to ever afford going back to see Dr Hill if I had anymore problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
