I have know Dr. Fasanello for a few years now. Not only is he an amazing Dr., but he actually listens to his patients. It is so refreshing to have that in the era that we are in. Thank you for always listening and being such a great Dr. His staff is amazing as well, very caring and fantastic.

My first visit was very pleasant. Staff is efficient and friendly. Met with PA Michael Smith who was very friendly and attentive. Glad I made this choice and looking forward to meeting Dr. Fasanello.

Dr. Fasanello and his staff were absolutely fantastic. From the minute I stepped into their office until I left, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Extremely thankfully I was able to Trinity Med as my primary. 5 star all around visit!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Fasanello and his staff. He truly takes an interest in my health and well-being and doesn't just treat me like a number. I feel every aspect of my health is considered carefully before determining a plan or course of action, and I feel 100% confident putting my health in his hands. He is knowledgeable, professional, talented, and caring. His staff are always friendly and willing to help me...even when I have to have repeated paperwork done for my employer...and when I was running late! Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Fasanello and team! ❤

I am so grateful to have Dr Fasanello as my primary physician. He is a phenomenal doctor. He and his staff are so caring and very professional. Dr. Fasanello has an amazing team of nurses especially Chris who always goes out of his way to aid the patients. Thank you Dr. Fasanello and your entire office! God bless you!

The office staff is friendly, the nurses are INCREDIBLE and Dr Fasanello is the 1st primary I have ever had the listens and cares about my physical and mental health! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
