If you take your sobriety serious than don’t come here. You’ll feel like your in High School before you’ve even started. No compassion while everyone is the chief instead of Indian. Watch out for the trickery.
Terrible trys to keep you in the program for insurance money if you are court mandated.
This place has blown my mind in the worst ways possible .My bestfriend is ONE OF THERE PAITENTS she has not been called back by her doctor that she has left numerous messages for in the past whole week and a half . She was assigned to a counselor named Damico (if that's spelled correct) he has not called her or encouraged her to come there for her group's nor has he called her to even see if shes okay after one of the doctors just giving her a script of suboxone and just sending her on her way with out checked any health issues andNot giving her any instructions about how to take the medication. Or what to do if the medication makes her sicker or even how to properly use the medication . If your looking for people that dont care about your well being than this is the place for you ! When going to a place for substance abuse especially because of the epidemic going on in this world if your treatment center is doing anything like this or other things that you know aren't right or correct contact someone or the BBB because I'm so shocked at how this place is managing a brand new patient that is sick and needs help and no one will give her a call back meanwhile she is in there system. Horrible
The staff here is top-notch. You really get what you give here. Treatment is a reciprocal arrangement. If you're blaming others, acting out and not complying with the program- the only person you should be mad at is yourself. The case mangagers, the counselors, the nursing staff, the psychiatrist, the interns - even the secretary are all on your side. Work with them. They are all full of tremendous value, kindness and wisdom to help you grow into the best person I know you can be. Be open and be willing to work for a better life. The groups are well run. The office is clean and organized. It's a great place to be in - if you're serious about building a better life for yourself. Thank you all. Special shoutout to Izabela, Lucy, Reema and Gina for everything they've done for me and for others in and out of the community.
Totally unprofessional! No concept of what continuity of care means! The first doctors appointment I had with this place, that I drove all the way from Long Island to, they said wasn't on their calendar. The second one, they totally cancelled because I was in the process of switching to a new place, but had not transitioned yet, so they left me with nothing. Since one medication was suboxone, a supervisor told me, "go to detox". Very Rude and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
