not even 1 star to give, terrible staffs, machine, waiting time, facility ( 11am to 6:40 pm) Technicians, I don`t see any doctors.

Most of the stuff are not serious and does not act professional, listening loud arabic music on their phone, others keeping them busy on their phone, stress machine operator even reading text on her smart watch. My guess the managment is too flexible or stuff are not paid enough, or overall system is some what fraud, overloaded with patients quality is compromised.

He is an excellent and very professional doctor. He spent maximum time with patient to listen and solve problem. Entrance from 82nd Road of 82 Avenue. Three places written same address. One is parking area, another is 2 storied building and actual one from 82 road. Take your photo ID to enter.At first go to suit 2701 which is on 27th floor. Write your name and wait. Near Bank of America.

Avoid at all cost, do NOT come here even if you’re on the verge of death. We came in at 10:30 AM for an appointment & came out at 3:35 PM. That’s 5 hours of waiting time. FIVE. Absolutely unacceptable and inhumane. Every time we asked how much longer, their automatic answer is 30 minutes. when we said we would just leave, they pleaded just a little longer. If it wasn’t for my grandma who just wanted to “get it over with” and not waste the hours we already spent there, I would have left within the first hour. These doctors make tons and tons of money from their patients, yet don’t have the decency or respect to book a reasonable number of patients. They deserve negative stars, I would never come here and will make sure those around us avoid this place like the plague.

The receptionist or whatever call the person taking the temperature was pretty rude and just unpleasant. They rush you off the floor and make it impossible to help your elder parent who doesn’t speak English well. They made my mom wait 2 hours to be seen and forgot to call her name. I must find another specialist.
