Doctor González he’s very good unfortunately he haven’t cured my migraines, but he had try very hard I like him and takes his time , one think I do not like is the staff. They are very rude

There is a very serious lack of communication in this office. A doctor such as Andres Gonzales requires competent staff that need to do their job without adding stress to the patient. The service does not convey messages to the office. Don’t ever expect a return call. Don’t go into the office for help as the front desk receptionist is incapable of doing anything without orders from a supervisor who is extremely rude and condescending. Best suggestion, find another MD. This is the absolute worst medical office I’ve ever been to and I’ve worked over 25 years in a well run medical office with doctors that refill your prescriptions and return your calls without all the hassle. Extremely disappointed with this doctors healthcare practice. Shame on them!

Dr. Gonzalez takes time to actually listen to his patients and will explain things in terms that anyone can understand. He knows all aspects of neurology and conditions related to it. Every family member I have sent to him and also one of my other doctors have been very pleased with him.

Dr. GONZALEZ is the best! He is caring and really listens to his patients. I have been going to him for many years. Would never change. Excellent bedside manner too. So accommodating and is a lovely person.

Not really happy. The office allowed me to make an appointment and waited for me to get all the way over there to tell me he can't write prescriptions. Over the phone the staff said different . Complete waste of time. This doctor wasn't in demand that's for sure. I was the only patient in the waiting room and still waited 15 minutes to get called in. I don't recommend using this doctor's office. Last thing is if you're in a wheelchair as I am, be prepared for a really uncomfortable ride inside. There's no handicapped parking and the sidewalk needs to be fixed.
