List of Frank Lombardo's Reviews
I had two partial Knee Replacements (robotic) performed by Dr. Lombardo. He really gave me good hope that I would be pain free after them. Unfortunately my pain is worse and at the follow up appts- he could not figure it out and basically threw his hands up and said that's the way it is.
Awesome!!! Dr. Lombardo was amazing. I move better and feel great because of him. Thank you again
Dr Lombardo replaced my left hip. Ever since the surgery whenever I lay on my left hip side I experience pain that wakes me up. I have followed up 3 times and he tells me that it is probably scar tissue and there is nothing he can do to address the problem. Do not use this surgeon!
Dr. Lombardo is a fantastic surgeon . He performed both total knee replacements for me. He is an excellent craftsman, and I would highly recommend him!
As soon as I called Dr. Lombardo for my painful hip, he did not hesitate or make me wait for months to do a total hip replacement. He scheduled me in within a few weeks. He was kind, compassionate, and sincerely caring. Very professional and listened intently to any concerns or questions I asked. The surgery was a success and I was Back to normal in 4 weeks. I am now swimming, riding my bike, hiking, however not quite running yet, until he gives me the ??. If you listen to what he says and follow through with his appointments, and follow his instructions, you will be more than satisfied.
Shattered my knee and had to have surgery next morning. Very happy with results. Dr. Lombardo gave me the worst case scenario for my recovery and I have outpaced every marker. He's honest, a bit blunt and conservative because he doesn't want you to have false hope, however he's been very pleased with my results. I attribute them to his technical skills, an amazing PT and my perseverance. Injuries like mine are atypical and he's been very thorough and responsive. I would recommend him and trust him.
We had a tele-visit and the diagnosis he gave me was perfect and the treatment he suggested cleared up my pain in two weeks.
He often appears indifferent to my medical needs. Our appointments are too brief, with speed being the most important thing. Find someone else!
I need a hip replacement. First visit I was told I would get a cortisone shot. That didn't happen. I had to see another doctor. He wouldn't give me anything for the pain, I would have to see my family doctor for that. We scheduled my surgery. Nobody tells me the date was changed because he will be on vacation.
Horrible. Rushed, didn't want to answer questions. I had MRI - told me I need XRays (in house, of course). Strange, I had a friend, a patient of his, who had same problem - had Xrays - oh, then they needed an MRI (in house, of course). Told him I did not want cortisone shot - he came back with one ready anyway. No pressure! Gotta get in that extra charge to medicare! Then misplaced the shot in my knee and I had symptoms of cortisone overdose (so said my GP). When I returned as requested in 6 weeks, he asked "why are you here". I'll never be there again!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
