Nothing new, since it was at least my fifth endoscopy, and I won't say I looked forward to it. OK. I sorta looked forward to it, for it's nice to see the friendly workers there, including Dr Buch. I don't even dread the needle in my arm. As medical procedures go, I don't mind it at all.

Everyone was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. The only suggestion would be having clear masks for those of us that lip read.

Dr Buch was very professional and for the first time getting a procedure done you put my mind at ease I would recommend them to anyone needing medical services for gastroenterology he took time out to explain things I will definitely be going back to him for my future gastroenterology needs

While I hesitate to strain whatever credibility I may have by describing this experience in a way that anyone might interpret as pleasant...... All of the people in this practice do their best to make it so. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly, to say nothing of efficient and professional.
