Had an IME with this doctor. He didn't agree with my own doctor's conclusions, and I thought Dr Soyer was wrong and just pleased the company that was paying him for the IME, but aside from that he was very professional and took me on time.

One of the most horrible medical offices I've ever been to. Both Dr Ioia and his associate who gives the synvisc shots are dishonest and did everything they could to cover up how inept they were with me...they continued to use a numbing agent, lidocaine, which I am allergic to, despite my asking them not to, until I had an intense horrible reaction to it. Then they told me they couldn't help me anymore. They should both lose their licenses. RUN don't walk from this DANGEROUS office.

Do not go to this Dr. He is very rude, unprofessional, wouldn't even treat me for the 2 problems I had going on that my Dr wanted him to see me for. When I got there he right out told me to Pick the one problem I needed fixed. I couldn't have 2 injuries. Really?? I didn't plan on getting hurt. My Dr couldn't believed Dr Ioia treated me like this. Even the X-ray tech apologize as well as his PA Assistant who came in to see me because Dr. Ioia wouldn't even come into the exam room. Again he is very unprofessional and should loose his license and revoked. STAY AWAY! Go to another Dr who truly cares.

I would not recommend to anybody, was in excruciating pain and discomfort for weeks and neither the doctor or his physicians assistant Melissa would listen to anything I had to say. Misdiagnosed me refused to run the necessary MRIs The physicians assistant Melissa is extremely unprofessional and an experienced. After weeks of being misdiagnosed and told there was no problems in my shoulder I had the proper MRIs done at another office to find I had to tears in my rotator cuff.

Dr. Ioia is a brilliant orthopedic surgeon. My husband and I have been his patients for the past 5 years and are completely satisfied with the excellent care we have received which includes a hip replacement, and treatrments for knee and ankle injuries. His recommendations for treatment are sensible and cost-aware -- no outlandish and treatment recommendations are made unlike some other orthopedic specialists I have seen in the past. His staff are professional and caring.

After seeing two other doctors with no diagnosis for my pain, Dr. Ioia gave me a diagnosis right away. I am pleased to say after brief treatment I am no longer in pain. I would recommend Dr. Ioia for anyone who wants a knowledgeable doctor with a great office staff.
