This office has really gone downhill. Like other reviewers, I was a patient of Alynne Frankel before she retired. I was given a different doctor and stayed with the practice as I’d been with it for so many years. At first all was fine. Today I asked some questions about some tests I was sent for some months ago that hadn’t really been explained beforehand and ended up being dismissed from the practice for not simply agreeing with everything I was told in response to my questions. Was only not leaving because of the hassles involved in changing doctors so it’s time to go through that hassle. But would urge anyone considering the practice to reconsider. So inappropriate for a doctor who is supposed to be compassionate and understanding to fire a patient for asking questions. Or for complaining about being spoken to derisively by the front office staff which I see many other reviewers have experienced too. I know I ask a lot of questions but Rachel Drummond got angry instead of trying to help me understand. Again just plain inappropriate.

I have been seeing Allyne Frankel PA from this office for more than 40 years - Dr. Frankel recently retired - the office failed to notify any patients that she retired and when i called to make an appt. with a different Dr., they stated all patients were assigned to Dr. Drummond ( i saw Dr. Drummond the year before for my annual physical but i didn't feel a connection with her) - i asked to see Dr. Benoy instead and they refused to switch me stating Dr. Benoy was not taking new patients (which is a total lie since my sister is seeing her and was a patient of Dr. Frankel) - so i made an appointment w/ Dr. Drummond only to receive a letter in the mail stating i am no longer a patient at their office - all because i asked to see a different Dr. from the one i was randomly assigned to - i had stated to them i didn't really connect to Dr. Drummond and asked to see Dr. Benoy - i was shocked upon receipt of the letter - this office is totally unethical and disgraceful for dismissing a patient for requesting a different Dr. - i would never recommend this office to anyone!!! unethical is not even close to describing this office - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE - be careful and definitely don't ask for a different Dr., you too may be dismissed!!!

I was a patient at this practice for 20+ years until recently when my primary PA retired. Since then the office staff has treated me with disrespect and total disregard for my concerns when I call.
