I have been seeing Allyne Frankel PA from this office for more than 40 years - Dr. Frankel recently retired - the office failed to notify any patients that she retired and when i called to make an appt. with a different Dr., they stated all patients were assigned to Dr. Drummond ( i saw Dr. Drummond the year before for my annual physical but i didn't feel a connection with her) - i asked to see Dr. Benoy instead and they refused to switch me stating Dr. Benoy was not taking new patients (which is a total lie since my sister is seeing her and was a patient of Dr. Frankel) - so i made an appointment w/ Dr. Drummond only to receive a letter in the mail stating i am no longer a patient at their office - all because i asked to see a different Dr. from the one i was randomly assigned to - i had stated to them i didn't really connect to Dr. Drummond and asked to see Dr. Benoy - i was shocked upon receipt of the letter - this office is totally unethical and disgraceful for dismissing a patient for requesting a different Dr. - i would never recommend this office to anyone!!! unethical is not even close to describing this office - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE - be careful and definitely don't ask for a different Dr., you too may be dismissed!!!

I was a patient at this practice for 20+ years until recently when my primary PA retired. Since then the office staff has treated me with disrespect and total disregard for my concerns when I call. The office manager is rude and when I call to leave a message to speak with a doctor my calls aren’t being returned. It’s such a disappointment because I had a long-standing relationship with my PA, and when she left… this practice went gone completely down hill.
