Ruxandra Iorgu Md's Online Review Report Card

It took a long time to get an appointment as a new patient. I was concerned about the mixed reviews. However, I found Dr. Iorgu wonderful. She sat down, she listened, she asked questions. She was concerned, sincere, kind, compassionate and professional. I walked out feeling that I have an ally in a health care professional. The staff was also friendly, helpful & professional.

Do not waste your time booking an appointment here. This office has no problem canceling your appointment, made months in advance, with no offer to accommodate you to reschedule. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor that cares. I made an appointment 4 months in advance to see Dr. Iorgu. I am a law student that needs to schedule my appointments before the semester begins since I am in class Monday through Friday. Now that I have spent all summer believing I had a doctor’s appt lined up, I receive a phone call on Friday, cancelling my Monday morning appointment. Extremely disappointing! No effort was made to accommodate me. Instead I was told “this is what you’ll get at any doctors office” and that I should look for another doctor. I would have LOVED to find another doctor. But now I am left with NO TIME before the semester begins and will likely go another year without being seen by a doctor which concerns me. Don’t waste your precious time! Please find an office that keeps their commitments!

Good physician for ordering tests and renewing scripts. But why, in 2020, would she tell me my thyroid ultrasound was fine, when the radiologist recommended tissue sampling. I am now having to deal with the fear if Thyroid cancer, as it is again advised that I have a fine needle aspiration of the mass. Another time I was tested for C-diff, which she said was negative, but didn't check for ecoli. I found much out later during my colonoscopy that I was positive for ecoli. I will say she is a very nice lady, but I will be looking for a new physician.

A pleasant and knowledgeable doctor, but the two meetings I've had with her so far 1. she kept me waiting in the exam room over a half hour. Pet peeve. I have an appointment. It is right after lunch. Observe and respect my time, as I do yours. And 2., both times she either sent in the med prescription dosage mixed up or neglected to send in a couple at all. I have yet to feel like I have her full attention during a consult. Lovely support staff, however.

I don't go to the dr very often or unless really needed. She is one of the few I really like and respect. So glad I happened upon her many years ago and made her my primary.

Dr . Ruxandra Iorgu has an outstanding bedside manner ,aside from that she does all she can do to understand her pts needs always leave there feeling like I’m in great hands. I would recommend anyone looking for a thorough Physician.

I highly recommend Dr. Iorgu. I went to her for the first time today and she was wonderful. She was professional, friendly and caring. It was really nice to talk with a Doctor that didn’t seemed rushed. I wish I had found her sooner

totally negative experience, office inefficient, doctor not thorough or dependable

negligent!! short-tempered: failed to report critical information regarding patient who needed immediate hospitalization..dont count on her if you have an emergency-- you'll only find her & her nurse rude & incompetent.

SHE IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR EVER AND I GLAD TO BE HER PATIENT ...
