Great Dr for all the adults in the household.

I made an appointment with Dr. Nelson in February to schedule a checkup for myself and my wife. I thought we would be in good hands given her reviews. The appointment was made for April 18th at 1pm for myself and 2pm for my wife. On April 13th at 9:15am I received a text message asking to confirm the appointments for which I did. At 3:27pm I receive another text message for a 4pm appointment. I call the doctor’s office and was told that due to an error in scheduling we had to be rescheduled because their lunch break was from 1 to 2. I asked why was I allowed to schedule at that time and even worse why did I receive a confirmation text in the morning. I told the office staff that I had made the appointments over 2 months ago and that now with less than a week to the appointments it was now a problem? April 18th at 9:29am we receive another phone call from Dr. Nelson’s office saying we needed to come in at 12pm as the doctor would not be available for our scheduled times. No respect!

I have to agree w Mish Mash , Dr Shirley Nelson is a loving caring professional who goes to the nth degree for her patient. When I was going through a scary patch and was hospitalized and the hospital was very erratic w it's care ,Dr Nelson came in and brought calm order and assuaged all my fears and made sure everything went well from that point on I LOVE Dr Nelson!

Dr. Nelson has one of the best bedside manner that I have found since moving down here 3 years ago. Her professionalism and knowledge are unsurpassed. Her staff is friendly and professional never condescending and impatient as I have found in the other practices that i have been refered to. I definitely recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Nelson is a compassionate highly qualified professional she's been my primary care physician for over ten years .During that time she has responded to crisis expeditiously and decisively .The office visits Dr. Nelson is attentive listens to your complaints explains the course of treatment and instills a sence of confidence . I would not seek another primary care Doctor if someone were to pay me ,she's the best

I LOVE DR NELSON!! I don't care if I have to wait 10 hours to see her, she is worth the wait! She is a truly caring doctor that doesn't rush off her patients and gives you her undivided attention. I can't say that about many other health professionals. Dr Nelson makes you feel like your an old friend to her and it is always a pleasure to be treated by her!

Dr. Nelson is brilliant , and has a wonderful beside manner she listens and spends a good deal of time with you as a patient. When and if you're hospitalized she is there for you.Have seen her visiting her patients late into the evening.Because she spends time with her patients in office wait time can be excessive. She is caring through tenacious in her pursuit of what ails you.A Wonderful Human B with strong Medical talents.
