List of Walter Woodley's Reviews
Dr. Woodley has been my primary care doctor for almost 20 years...ever since moving to the Hudson Valley from NYC. He is caring, thorough and has accurately diagnosed and effectively treated me throughout the years....even when the symptoms were a bit convoluted. I highly recommend him -- he's awesome.
Is put my daughter's life in danger
I have been going to Dr Woodley for 25 years. He does have a heavy case load but when it is your turn to see him you have his full attention, he doesn't rush through your office visit. He doesn't make snap decisions, he will order tests only when necessary. I have waited up to hour for him but for the last year and half I have waited 20 min in waiting room and 40 min in inner office.
It's a shame that I never could get Dr. Woodley to see that my pre-existing health conditions were serious enough to get anything other than, "You should exercise more and that will help," - but when the office staff are rude, inconsiderate, and too often incompetent, it makes it that much more easy to leave their office. I will never go back.
You will wait at Kingston Family Practice waiting room for an hour or two and then once you are in Dr. Woodley's examining room--you may wait another hour or two. It pretty much takes a whole day to see this doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
