I have been a patient with the doctor over a number of years, due to a retina condition. I have complete confidence in him, and as such, have recommended him to others who need a good retinologist.

Horrible Person!!!! Nasty man~ I would give him a minus star if that were possible. He needs some schooling in empathy and compassion. Apparently, the frequent turnover of staff is a result of his overwhelming arrogance. I will never return to him. I would rather go blind

Dr Fern and staff have been excellent I have been a patient for almost 10 yrs. in previous reviews I noticed complaints about staff changes. Yes there have been staff changes , however, each and every new employee has treated me with respect and dignity. The Dr himself has always been kind and helpful. Dr. Fern has always made me feel like a friend as well as a patient.

I went for my first visit in May, I can say that hands down i have never been treated better by any other doctors in my life. The STAFF was incredible very informative and kind. Dr.Craig Fern saved my vision. I really don't understand all of these negative reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you to Dr. Fern and his Staff for being so Great !

Office staff and Dr are RUDE, they treat their patients like children. I had a billing issue and I was dressed down and demeaned by their office manager over a 100 charge. I was prevented from carrying on with my appointment until the bill was paid. I have found another practice I do not need to be treated the way I was
