It is very frustrating trying to get a call back from this office. How many times over the course of a month should one call to receive a call back? I've called and left six messages to get a call back, and I'm still waiting.

I would like to leave a good review but after being a patient of Dr Paul for many years I was treated very disrespectfully by him. I had to reschedule a procedure a few times due to reason’s out of my control. I was told by his staff it would not be a problem as long as it was done days in advance and not last minute so I made sure it was reschedule More than a few days in advance. I left several messages with his staff for him to please call me asap regarding my situation and he never ever called back. The young lady who books his procedure’s assured me that it was no problem and she said “people reschedule all the time”. A week later I get a certified letter in the mail stating that he will no longer be my doctor and will not honor any future appointments or provide any further care, and I was not allowed to see any other doctor in his practice. I was very shocked, and upset I thought this had to be a mistake as I never had any problems or issues, I actually thought we had a good doctor patient relationship, and I have recommend him to several friends and family members, Even my doctor who originally recommended him to me read the letter and was very surprised and disappointed with his decision. I had been a patient for so many years I could not believe this was happening , and knowing he was aware of my ongoing problems and didn’t care about my health situation was very alarming. I tried to call him again to get a better understanding of what this was all about, I explained to his staff the letter I received, they where equally as surprised as I was and said not to worry he will call me back and we would straighten this all out as I have been a a good patient for years and this had to be a miss understanding. Well needless to say I never heard from him again. I guess I am just a number and not that important, very sad to be treated with total disregard.

Dr. Paul not only came up with a new solution my past urologist didn't offer, he is patient, kind, respectful of my anxiety, and breaks things down for laymen well. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Terrific Doctor, caring considerate, and professional.

Dr. Paul, is insulting, arrogant, sarcastic and impatient. His demeanor toward the elderly is disgraceful! Above all else, Dr. Paul is inept as a Urologist. He passes the heavy load along to his Assistants (PA's) while the Doctor runs from room to room waving to his Patients. Bottom line for us is this: Dr Paul lacks experience. He can do the basics, but the slightest complication frustrates him and he passes you off to someone else with better skills. He sees himself as a Plumber. We see him as a Plumber's Assistant. Nice? Yes, Unqualified? Absolutely!!!

I had my first appointment with Dr Paul weeks ago. Was very pleased with his demeanor. He said if I had something that was urgent he would fit me in the same day. Very reassuring, and unique to hear, and much appreciated.

Reccomended by my closest friend of 30 years and my personal Urologist of 28 years, upon his retirement, Dr. Paul is thorough, truly cares and excels in his Field. Excellent Doctor so professional and a caring bedside manner. Dr Paul treated my kidney stones and calmed my fears. I would highly recommend Dr.Paul. His staff is great and very helpful.
