Monica was extremely helpful and pleasant. Doctor Brisman was very professional and answered all our questions. Will look forward to follow up visits
Dr. Brisman took the time to explain the situation and gave me options. He also agreed with me on getting with my other doctor who referred him to me. I would recommend him to anyone just on his manner.
I went today. He took over an hour with me to go over everything. I feel comfortable with him and know he has my best interest at heart.
Dr Brisman was patient in explaining my condition and the course of action
Excellent
Dr Brisman was very comforting and helped me get my mom’s care moving forward Got us in for tests and in touch with other MD’s. As needed. Within one day I already feel that we are on the road to recovery
Dr Brisman is the best Neurosurgeon !!!!!👍🏻❤️😊💪🏻Had a large Tumor removed 61/2 years ago doin pretty good 👍🏻 ❤️✅😎
I will never go back to this guy again. My neurologist recommended I see him about a tumor in my ear. I went there and after waiting over 1 hour he finally showed up. I had my MRI with me. I received the bums rush. He told me he could do anything because I needed a MRI with contrast. I went that day for another MRI with contrast. It was sent to him the next day. That was about a month ago. I never received a call on the results. I called and his secretary said he’s very busy and he will call when he reads it. She said if it was anything bad the radiologist would have called me. Never going back to him again.
Dr. Brisman saved my father's life with a craniotomy he performed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is faced with the same situation. However, Kathleen his scheduling secretary, is by far the worst I've ever seen. Rude and won't return phone calls and IF she does, its with a nasty attitude. If Dr. Brisman wasn't such an awesome doctor, I would never take my father back there. My suggestion, lose Kathleen before you lose patients like I'm losing my patience.
Staff (especially Kathleen) are rude and have no empathy for patients. Do not return phone calls and incredibly rude when they do. Doctor is sarcastic and in a rush.
His secretary, Kathleen, is by far the rudest, coldest health worker I have dealt with. Phone calls are not returned, lots of excuses. The dr himself is fine, though obviously rushing.
HE saved my moms life. she had 4 brain aneurysms. he was blunt to us about it but he saved her life. i am forever grateful to have my mom thanks to him.
He is very nice human. I respect him so much personally, the thing is his field needs so much dedication and he's so dedicated.
Dr. Brisman saved my husband's life more than once. Not only is he a great surgeon, but he took the time to set our minds at ease and really talk to us; he's very compassionate and caring. Dr. Brisman's very good at explaining a procedure, and why he's doing a procedure. I can't thank him enough! I can see why he's one of the top doctors.
Dr Briskman is a excellent surgeon but his office staff lack compassion and are sometimes rude. They don't return phone call promptly, its like pulling teeth to speak to his staff to get an answer to your question.
I was diagnosed with a subarachnoid hemorrhage and was rushed over to Winthrop University Hospital. Dr. Brisman and his team were able to perform the necessary surgery and saved my life. This is a serious condition which I later learned about. I am grateful that I survived the surgery and now recovered. Dr. Brisman came to see me everyday at Winthrop while I was recovering from the surgery.
While Dr. Brisman is an excellent surgeon, his office staff lacks empathy and compassion.
