If I could give Dr. Tonneau more than five stars, I would. My husband and I were recently accepted as new patients and given appointments for the following month. When we explained that my husband had an urgent medical concern, the staff worked him in within two days. We found Dr. Tonneau to be compassionate, competent and warm.After a comprehensive examination of my husband, he referred us to a neurologist and arranged to have him seen by that specialist the next day. It is so refreshing to find a practice with a doctor we immediately liked and trusted, along with a caring, efficient staff.

As the on call physician for the office tonight, he stated he was "not at home" and as such couldn't access the system to help me. He also made it clear he would not be going anywhere where he could access said system. He literally refused to do his job.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tonneau's for five years. I have always found him very competent and caring.. The office staff is very cordial and efficient. It has always been easy to get an appointment when needed. The office is very clean and comfortable and my average waiting time has been about 10 minutes.

I have been a nurse and nurse manager for forty years and have worked with countless number of physicians over my career. Dr. Tonneau is a highly competent, caring and compassionate internist. I have been going to him for five years and my typical wait time to be seen is approximately ten minutes. The staff is very professional, compassionate and caring and have always promptly responded to my inquires. The office is immaculate and comfortable.Urgent needs are promptly seen.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He is the most unresponsive Doctor I have ever worked with. If they tell you "we will call you back", good luck. You will never hear from them, even if you call them to inquire about why you haven't heard from him. He doesn't care about his patients' worries or lives and he is incompetent as a physician.
