Always a great experience! From day one they have been professional, friendly and caring. I always wanted to get a few scars diminished on my forehead, and because of Dr.Chao and his team I felt at ease to go ahead with the procedure. They are very knowledgeable, and my results have been way better than I ever expected. Love that I get to see Beckie for my routine visits, she always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease! I get super nervous about any procedure and she’s able to totally divert my attention so that I’m left shocked when she’s already done. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Chao and his staff, I highly recommend!

I will start back from over a year ago just looking for a new place to get my Botox. I wasn't happy where I was and someone suggested Dr Chaos office. I have been getting my injections and filler from the absolutely amazing Joanna. She has made me so comfortable and is so kind and personable. Just a great person and extremely gentle and knowledgeable. She answered all questions I had and made me very comfortable. After being there a while I really have wanted my tummy done for 20ish years. I was so unhappy w myself but just too nervous to pull the trigger. I even visited other Drs in the past and it was a hard no. Becki actually filled in with Joanna one day and did my Botox. This woman is so down to earth and fun and made me, someone full of anxiety extremely comfortable. I decided to make my consult. Ofcourse showing someone your insecurities is incredibly intimidating but they make it as comfortable as possible.chatting about the procedure, answering ALL questions and making it fun but all the while being very professional. After making my appt I was then in touch with Paula and she answered all my questions day or night. If she didn't know the answer she found it out and got right back to me. I truly have not one negative thing to say. Day of surgery they made fun jokes to keep my anxiety down. Today is day 4 post op and Becky has been in touch daily answering all questions. If you are thinking of having a procedure done, please call this wonderful team of professionals. They are my new favorite people!!!!!! Bless you all!

Dr. Chao, Beckie , Paula , and their entire staff are nothing short of amazing . The second I walked in the office and they welcomed me, I knew this office was the one I wanted for my transformation . They were literally available 24/7 for any questions or concerns. Choa removed several moles that made me feel uncomfortable. He was very friendly and did excellent work. You can no longer see any scars or marks from my procedures. Would recommend his services to anyone.

I almost never give reviews, but I think in this case is very important. I had droopy jowls because of a problem I had with losing weight. I went to see doctor Chao, but Rebecca was the one who explained everything to me and performed the procedure, doctor Chao was there but Rebecca did it ; she took fat from my cheecks, it was like similar to a liposuction. I was happy for about 3 months, then I started to see a hole and a bump on the left cheek (bottom part) and around my lips I was and still able to see lose skin. I went there a second time and she did take more fat again, they gave me some steroids, but nothing helped. I have been since 2018 (when they did this damage to my face) spending a lot of time and money trying to fix this problem with no luck. With fillers, and other treatments. Last time I went to Colombia (my country) the plastic surgeon said that this procedure they did is very wrong; he tried to fix it putting my own fat and no luck with that either. I'm now living in Florida and visited one of the best plastic surgeons in the country and told me that he probably won't be able to fix it. Don't let people touch your face because the price is cheaper than a doctor that specializes in facial plastic surgeries. wants to charge $12500 for a breast aug. that's bogus and said he was not confident he can perform the procedure. i've been to many surgeons in the region and none of them said i need a $5000 fat graft (because i don't have enough fat for contouring the upper part of my breast) on top of the $12500 breast aug. he's greedy and turns away jobs that are not super easy which shows that he lacks wisdom and experience.
