Dr. Jessica Floyd took her time during my one and only office visit, very professional, personable. I was happy to have finally found my perfect fit in a MS Dr. Unfortunately she announced her retirement at 34-35 yrs old in 11-17! Now faced with the task of finding another suitable neurologist. Chances are slim.

Dr. Floyd checked on me as I waited for my visit. She told me she needed to take care of something so she had time with me. She spent about an hour talking with me and asking about symptoms, checking for different symptoms. She took a wholistic approach checking multiple possibilities to find answers. I never felt rushed or like she was dissinterested. I am very glad to have her working with me through this process. I would highly recommend her. I had to wait a bit but it was worth it because she gave me the same attention she gives her other patients.
