List of Kimberly Owens's Reviews
I feel the same way as most do in this review stuff is extremely rude
Community Care as of January 1, 2023 has gone through a metamorphis rotating doctors, phone number and contact information (especially the 1783 Route 9 Clifton Park branch). What was once good has turned sour. Now, whenever you attempt to call you are placed in a near perpetual state of hold not for just a few minutes, but interminably. It’s like there is no one there only the continual play of music and continual robo reminders. Their newly revised program of doctor rotation (which I was subject to) and patient contact has been nothing more than a one step forward - two steps back solution. If you are afforded the opportunity to conduct your medical requirements elsewhere, do so as I do not foresee in the near future there being any noticeable improvements within.
I have been waiting on hold for two hours over the course of two days to reschedule an appointment. I would prefer to do it on the patient portal, but they haven't entered my appointment in the system. Ridiculous!!
My doctor is part of Latham Medical Group and had my physical today. They were quick in calling me today.
They go out of their way to not communicate with you. Not follow up with you. Ignore their voicemail. Give you an little information as possible. They have to TRY to be this bad.
I’ll start by saying the office has very poor organization skills. That office staff is rude and condescending. My partner has been a patient at this office for several years and has been moved from provider to provider several times without any communication from the office. On two separate occasions he arrived at the office and was told his appointment was moved and his provider was no longer with the practice. The staff gave no explanation as to why he was not notified as the appointment was made 12 months prior and the app sent an appointment reminder the day before. Then to add insult to injury forget about getting refills on your medication. The pharmacy sent 3 requests for refills, the office stated they never received them and then stated it takes 48-72 hours to process your requests. Here it is weeks later and out of his heart medication and has to go to urgent care so that he doesn’t suffer a heart attack. If you are considering this provider as an option for you or your family member I would look into other options. They have lost our confidence. Also just one more note for concern, blood work was done over a year ago which indicated that there may be an issue with one or his organs despite his calling and emailing regarding this issue he never received a response. I would imagine that was because his Doctor left the practice and they couldn’t be bothered to notify his patients.
20 minutes wait and finally no positive result. I wish give them zero star.
We have been calling to try and get a refill on medication for TEN DAYS now. We have gotten two calls back. One five days ago when we were told that the prescription was being called over. One today when they informed my husband he has a different doctor and is not their patient. This is not the case. After much negotiation, and being OUT of his meds for several days, she said she'd send it over this afternoon. Well, guess what. Nothing was sent to the pharmacy and now they're closed for the weekend. This is absolute negligence at this point. We have been patient and called back and given the benefit of the doubt, and this is where it's gotten us. Abysmal and irresponsible.
I have been going to Dr. Samantha Ludwig since 2009 and she is very professional, pleasant and thorough. She is very generous with her time and answers all of my questions. The nurses and office staff are likewise very professional and helpful.
Called to make a appointment for a wed as im off wed and thurs. Was told my appointment was for may 4th. Get a text and email its for Monday may 2nd which i couldnt make. Tried to call. Forget it. rarely can get anyone. Made another appointment that i had to change which i did on the website. Went back to change appoinment, it said i didnt exist. Tried to call and change. Yep again couldnt get anyone. On forever hold. Now i get a certified letter stating i cant go there anymore because of missed appointments. They really need to get their act together.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
