I highly recommend Dr Relation for all of your foot and ankle issues. I just had my second visit with him and he’s fixed one issue (achilles tendinitis)and now we’re onto completing the second issue. (Bunion). I feel very comfortable with the direction we are going in. Dr Relation has the Best bedside mannerisms. He explains everything very clearly to you and addresses all of your questions and concerns. His staff is top notch as well. Very clean and pleasant office settings in the Colonie office where I go. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Dr. Relation for removal of a bunion. Before my procedure, all I heard from people was how painful it was and to think twice before doing it. I just want to say that things went seamlessly. He explained clearly what to expect and things went true to course. I am being totally honest when I say there was next to no pain. Recovery was slow, but nothing more than expected. I look forward to getting my other foot done once this one heals completely. I do think the surgeon you have can make all the difference! One more thing -- the staff is amazing. They are so accommodating and sensitive to your situation.

Dr. Relation is the best Dr. to go to for bunion surgery. I have had 2 operations this year with him. The right foot was done in March, and the left foot in October. Dr. Relation explained fully about my surgery, from what to expect during surgery, after surgery & during my 8 weeks of recovery, and answered all of my questions. It was amazing that I had little to no pain at all after surgery, and to be able to walk within 2 weeks with a boot was the best. He is a perfectionist at what he does and I would highly recommend him if you are in need of any foot surgery or any other foot problems. When a Dr. calls to check on you after surgery, they are #1 in my opinion too!!! I was also impressed with the ease of making appointments from the friendliest staff, and the wait time which was never more than 5 minutes or less for all of my visits. P.S. I love my pain free feet!

Dr. Kurt Relations performed surgery on me to remove a bunion and a bone spur. He was very professional, answered all of my questions. He called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Dr. Relations. According to my physical therapist, Dr. Relations left one of the best scars they have ever seen!
