Nicole Lemanski's Online Review Report Card

This was the 3rd strike. In 2020 office canceled an appointment with the ophthalmologist without notifying me. I showed up sent away my ride and had to walk home. Last year office called me up approximately a week before my contact lens appointment told me it was canceled and that there was no way to reschedule it. This morning after waiting two months for an appointment for a contact lens fitting and to see an ophthalmologist, I was told that I can only choose one of the two. I chose the appointment with the ophthalmologist. 75 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I was told that the physician has still not arrived at the office. Scuttlebutt among staff led me to overhear that this is a very common practice at the office. Therefore, I can’t actually rate the qualifications or bedside manner of the provider. However, I can tell you that the office is run extremely poorly. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Dr. Lemanski is an amazing eye surgeon! Her staff and her were very accommodating to me. She has seen me on the same day when I had a emergency. Her office staff was excellent even though my insurance was frustrating. I had procedure with her and my eye is 100% better. Dr. Lemanski takes the time to explain and answer your questions. Excellent. I had nothing but an exceptional experience at the office of Dr. Mabel MP Cheng & Dr. Nicole Lemanski. Dr. Lemanski performed my cataract and vision correction surgery. Her evaluation was extensive and thorough, and her staff provided answers to all my questions and gave me written materials that helped me understand the procedure. The results of the surgery have been tremendous. There were no complications, and I now have 20/20 vision in my right eye and 20/25 in my left eye. Additionally, I rarely need reading glasses. The follow-up calls and visits were prompt and thorough, and her staff was both professionally competent and personally helpful. Dr. Lemanski is one of the finest, top-notch vision correction surgeons in the field, and I would highly recommend her and her office to anyone.
