Peter Fisk's Online Review Report Card

I am a woman and I have a foreign accent. However, it does not mean I'm stupid, it means I'm from another country. I am well educated with degree and understand when things are explained to me. When doctor Fisk called me to let me know about my husband's surgery, the conversation lasted less than 2 minutes, and all he said was that he was able to remove all the bad stuff. He sounded in a rush over the phone, and did not really answer my concerns. Sorry, but I'm disappointed.

Dr. Fisk saw me for a routine colonoscopy. He walked me through the procedure in the initial visit, was very helpful (cheery) the day of the procedure, and followed up quickly when I had a minor concern after the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fisk to anyone.

Dr. Fisk has performed two procedures for me. Most recently he removed cysts from my scalp. I would use him again and recommend him highly. He is both professional and personable in his manner. He explains what he is doing, which always sets my mind at ease.

I felt like Dr. Fisk acted as if he was doing me a favor. I think he did not want to be there and quite frankly neither did I. I noticed that he barely communicated with the staff or me. I should have left but the prep was awful & I didn’t want to go through it again. The procedure was extremely painful . I would not recommend having this procedure with this Dr. or at this facility, SVMC.

He treated my husband cruel, doing procedures without giving pain med to help, said don’t have time he can take it. He couldn’t recognize a scar tissue from cancer, just wants your money. I would not recommend him to anyone. He doesn’t care.

Dr. Fisk performed a colonoscopy on me at the SVMC/Dartmouth Hitchcock hospital in Bennington, VT. Everything went incredibly well. The pre-procedure preparation and nursing at the hospital was top notch. The doctor was incredibly professional and did the procedure smoothly. I recovered immediately and went jogging the following day.... I am very impressed....

I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Fisk was very thorough, taking time to answer all of my questions. My procedure went smoothly and I experienced much less pain than other people I know who had similar procedures.

Dr Fisk performed my regular colonoscopy. He scoffed at my concerns over my family history of Colon Cancer and Diverticulitis. I asked if I could come every year or even every three years and he very condescendingly said no I would never do that. When the procedure was done he never even came back to tell me what the results were, I finally had to call the office for a report. I will definitely find another Dr.

Dr Fisk removed my gall bladder after an acute attack. He even managed to switch his surgery schedule around to fit me in a couple of days earlier than originally planned. No surprises, excellent results so far.
