Center For Women At Mount St. Mary's Hospital's Online Review Report Card

Had my baby in January, keep getting things canceled and rescheduled its the end of July was supposed to have an appointment Friday called to put it out 2 more months. This is nuts they have too many patients and not enough staff , im going to have to switch drs. They also have a problem returning calls which is also happening to others I know who go there. The nurses on staff during my delivery were fabulous though!

I love Dr Joe! I swore up and down I’d never have a male OB/GYN but he makes me feel so comfortable and did a wonderful job with my c section along with Dr Weselak! My main complaint is the desk NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE...I called 4 times in less than an hour and STILL NO ANSWER...they def don’t start answering at 9 anyways...called a littler after 9 and still got the answering service...

Dr Joe is literally the best OBGYN I’ve ever come across and pretty sure will EVER come across. If it wasn’t for him my pregnancy and delivery would’ve been a complete disaster. He is not only compassionate, caring, understanding but he’s incredibly calm and positive and makes the environment perfect. I could go on and on about him but I definitely suggest ANYONE to see him for all of your care. He will most definitely deliver ALL of my kids!

I love my doctor, but the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and are so disorganized. I tried to schedule an appointment for getting myIud checked up on, (ive had it for a year) and they questioned me whether or not I really needed an appointment, when they are the ones who should be reaching out to me to make one! Also when I showed up for said appointment they told me they canceled it and they sent it in the mail...why wouldn’t they just call me or email me?? I never even got the “cancellation letter”

I’ve called multiple times within a hour and whoever Judy is that answers the phone kept putting me on hold for over 5 minutes and I’ll hang up and call back again. I finally wait 5 minutes before calling back and they’re closed?! It’s 12:30, someone should’ve answered the phone. The doctors are amazing but the girls who make the appointments and answer the phone are rude and they need to be fired. Even when I was pregnant they gave me a hard time with making my appointments and always had attitudes. Especially the little old lady.

Was referred by a previous patient, very friendly staff and Dr Joe is very kind. What time does the office start answering the phones, it says on the automated service the phone line opens at 9am but it was after 9 am when I was calling and the service said call back after 9am? So what time truly does the phone start getting answered?

I could not be happier with my maternity experience at mount st Mary’s. Having my first child I was terrified. Dr. Joe was amazing! I’m so thankful I had him as my ob doctor. He is an excellent doctor. Very positive, energetic and awesome bed side manner! Thank you Mount st Mary’s!!

Dr Joe is the most amazing obgyn I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He gives one on one care to everyone and makes u feel special. Just had my daughter Thursday night and it was a crazy experience but he gave 100% to the whole thing. Came in on his day off just to delivery my baby. Made the craziness bearable!!!

Saved my life

The women on the phone when you call have very nasty attitudes.Their unpleasant to speak with and they act as if they do not want to speak with you or help you. Dr. Joe is amazing though! He delivered my first baby and he is just such an AMAZING PERSON! He anwsers any questions you may have, he is super nice and made my experience as comfortable and welcoming as possible. I HIGHLY recommend him! Their office is super CLEAN. The wait can be a little long sometimes but that is only because certain doctors are only their on certain days so they try to fit people in...Their awsome though. Just need new receptionist or for them to fix their attitudes.
