Conifer Park does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Great place. Waiting room is a bit too small but the staff is great
Compared to 410, this place is wonderful. There are a few things that I think, if changed, would drastically improve Conifer Park. The very small waiting room is almost always overcrowded, but I've heard that they're expanding that soon? Having two dosing windows would make quite a difference in time it takes to receive medication. Especially when considering the long wait for the people taking suboxone. Besides that, the staff is top-notch..def wayyyyy nicer and more respectful than 410.
I am from bufflo, ny and have been in many treatment facilities. Conifer park was very good. Nicest staff I ever encountered. And yes the first couple days always suck getting use to all of the groups but believe me the time wil fly and you will get a lot out of the program!
These reviews are supposed to be for Conifer Park Outpatient in Liverpool NY, NOT their inpatient facility which is in Glens Falls NY. Therefore to anyone reading this please don't make your decision for outpatient treatment by what you read on inpatient. It's pretty easy to tell which reviews are meant for which facility.I totally agree that Conifer Park inpatient is a joke. I should know, I've been there 3 times! You get there in the morning just to sit for 4 hours before seeing medical, then your taken to another room to sit 4 more hours. At least that waiting room has food and drinks. Finally your taken to your unit while their at dinner. The rooms are gross, the other patients are rude, dirty and mostly mandated & only talk about getting high when they leave. There are a few that are there for help but I always stayed to myself. The staff could care less about you, to them your just another junkie. Now the outpatient in Liverpool is amazing, i've been there 3 years on methadone maintenance. The counselors genuinely care and they will call you out if your screwing up. It's a small place, not huge like 410 or Helio (SBH). Having less patients gives the staff the opportunity to work closely with a client. NO to inpatient, YES to outpatient.
Its not really their fault if your insurance company doesn't answer or won't approve it they aren't gonna let you stay there for free, you could pay outta pocket if you don't wanna sit all day and wait for the insurance company to get back to you. I know it sucks I had to do the same thing at Tully Hill, pretty much no matter where you go that will happen it all depends on your insurance. Try planning ahead and calling your insurance company yourself before the date you/ son has to actually go in.
If you are serious about your recovery go to Crouse in syracuse. The negative reviews are true.
My Child needed detox from Heroin, He had called for 3 days and was told that he was all set and to go to the detox department, which is 2 hours away from where we live, and to be there by 11am. We scrambled to get him a way there and packed, He sat there all day and then they sent him home because, they waited half the day to reach his ins company and that if they didn't hear back from them by 4pm then he had to drive back to Syracuse. I have referred many people to conifer park and now I will never again. I can't Believe they tell people they need to be there in the morning in withdrawal. Then make them sit there all day like that just to turn around and send them home......Unbelievable. It doesn't even deserve the star that I gave it. But I couldn't post it without giving it at least that.
Despicable. Buildings super old. Most of the day is spent standing in the halls because it's too crowded and hardly any meetings. One of which was called the "in and out meeting". Would be more effective to lock yourself in your basement. Staff does nothing to help. 8 ppl share a bathroom the size of a phone booth. Disgusting. Theyre only open to collect money. All they do is keep you alive. Please please don't waste your time with this place.
This place is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't even try to call them.
The staff is ridicules ... They have no organization , constantly rescheduling because they forget to mention an important part of the next appointment ... Most people need help ... Not more hassle to kick their habit ... My rating is -5 stars ...

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
