I have been seeing Dr Rufa for my now 10 month old since she was born. She is thorough and very friendly. I don’t ever leave feeling I have something I didn’t have time to discuss. I have had a great experience with her. She was recommended to me by quite a few people and she has yet to disappoint!

I am so disgusted with this office. A doctor there made my 12 year old daughter cry at how rude she was. This was the icing on the cake. I asked to switch my primary and they said that the practice feels if you’re not happy with one doctor then you won’t be happy with the rest. That makes sense how???? I had to either keep doctor or find a new practice. I made the choice to leave. By the way not one staff member asked me why I was upset in the first place. Wouldn’t that be the first question? 👎🏻

Doctor was very rude to my 12 year old and actually made her cry. My kids had been telling me that they weren't comfortable with her and I kept dismissing them. Shame on me. I asked Pediatric and associated to switch doctors and their response was "we feel that if you don't like one doctor at our practice, then you won't like any of them." How ridiculous is that statement? Are the doctors clones?? We switched to another practice. I can handle a doc with a bad bedside manor for myself, but not for my children.

She is very rude with a horrible bed side manor. She actually made my 12 year old cry the other day and that was it. I finally left the practice. I should have done it sooner.
