Hello, my name is David H. I am a retired RN surgical nurse. I recently had a large cancerous tumor removed by Dr Housel with a pull thru living skin graft. I have been so very impressed by everyone involved with my care. Starting with Heather The surgical scheduler to all the attending staff in the OR including Breanna, Emily. Alina. Danielle. And many others sorry I can’t remember all the names. Everyone was totally professional and made me feel relaxed and secure. Thank You Dave

I’m so happy we found Dr. Housel. I go to him regularly for check ups and he was able to successfully complete Mohs surgery for myself and several family members. Wonderful staff. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this institution. Dr. Housel is quick and efficient, has a great personality and a knack for putting patients at ease. Wonderful facilities, and a superb staff from top to bottom. Everyone we dealt with is top-shelf, all very professional, empathetic, jovial and efficient. Would most definitely refer everyone to come here. Peggy M.

Had my fist appointment with Dr. Liz and her assistant (Emily , I think - I am bad with names) and wow !! Fast and efficient, they addressed all of my concerns ( I had a lot of them ) and were pleasant and professional! Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

My husband was referred to Dr. Housel by his dermatologist in Utica because he needed MOHS surgery for basal cell cancer. The entire experience has been stellar from start to finish. Dr. Housel is incredibly personable, skilled and caring. He actually called my husband the evening of the surgery to check on him! Incredible in this day and age. The facility is gorgeous and all the personnel were upbeat and interested in my husband’s comfort and understanding of exactly what was happening. Brittany was exceptional. Would we both recommend Dr. Housel? Absolutely without a doubt. I should add that I was welcomed warmly as well. The outcome of the surgery is excellent and we could not be more pleased.

Went to my first visit at Housel Dermatology and all I can say is “WOW”. Everyone from the minute I walked in the door made me feel welcome and we genuinely concerned about my issues. I had gone to other Dermatologists but none ever took the time with me that Dr Housel and his staff did. They went above and beyond the call to help get me the prescription medications that other dermatologists said would not be covered by insurance. They promptly reported to me the results of blood test and biopsies. I am thankful for finally finding a practice that cares for their patients. You all ROCK. Thank you ??

Dr Housel has done Mohs surgery on me with excellent results. Also, the PA Elizabeth Johnson is excellent as both myself and my husband use her for annual checks and these are done professionally and with excellent results.
