I am just recovering from Covid. They prescribed a chest x-ray for me and since I couldn't afford to get an eye test that my insurance doesn't cover fully they decided to cut me as a patient very unprofessional staff would not recommend them to anybody the only bright spot there is the physician assistant, Jacqueline, Synder and a nurse, Danielle, other than that the place is a total wreck

Office won't see patients without covid vaccinations.

I saw Dr. Silverstein one time and knew from that ONE visit I would never return to his office. I debated at the time if I should write a review or just forget the experience with him and his office. I decided to just forget it, until today, 3 1/2 months after I had already left the practice, when I received a letter from him stating "if I did not get a mammogram in the next 4 weeks, he was dismissing me from his practice. But the next paragraph read, "due to noncompliance with physician's recommendations for breast health, I find it necessary to inform you that as of the date of this letter, I will no longer be able to provide you with medical care." Keep in mind, I saw him ONE time. If he had only checked his records, he would have realized, I had already left the practice, and told the receptionist why I made that decision! At my one, and only appointment, he continually talked about himself and his family, and barely listened to my concerns. He drew my blood himself, (not good at it) and said I would need a video call appointment to go over the results. I then was able to state a concern, and he got irritated and told me I would have to schedule a physical! I needed one prescription filled with name brand only. The medical assistant refused to fill it with name brand, which I have been on for well over 25 years. The office staff, with the exception of Dr. Silverstein's nurse, were rude and very unprofessional. I had already made the decision not to return, but when I received this very hostile email, I made the decision to leave a review to help other people make a decision on joining this practice. Don't waste your time!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would!!!! I called to make a valid complaint to the office manager after an appointment. My patient portal was then deactivated and I can't get my medication refilled. And it's not something you should stop cold turkey. I'm so disappointed in the patient care I've received.

My grandparents speak very little English (which means that they can’t write well… obviously) when we tried to call for my grandmas results, we were told to use the portal numerous amounts of time. They don’t not have a computer they wanted to speak to the doctor over the phone. After back and forth, the office manager/receptionist - who is also… THE DOCTORS WIFE, Tonya, did not give us any answers at all, and then proceeded to kick my little old Italian grandparents out of the practice!! The audacity! They have been patients for over 10 years. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They do not care about their patients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are rated 2 stars for a reason!!

This doctor dont care about his patients!! If you want someone to care about your health don't go here..Good luck if you do

I had the worst experience at this doctors office . I had called the office and spoke with a specific receptionist regarding a bill My husband had been charged for . Now first let me explain to you the visit was billed for a physical mind you we were new to the practice and he had already had a physical for this year a month prior to coming over to this office … clearly they never went through the records that were sent to them from our previous office nor did they ask. So we get this bill that states he had a physical . I asked him what he had done he said nothing much at all we talked about football and some other small talk but that was it no blood work no nothing . So I call the office and get that changed because it wasn’t accurate. Second issue I was waiting to hear back from the office to see when I would get the bill for the co pay they never charged or took from him when he arrived . So I call the office and ask to speak to the lady that ( I’m not saying names ) was familiar with the situation but the lady that answered the phone stated she wasn’t available so I asked if I could hold on the line so the lady started to get an attitude so I did snap back and say I’d rather not have to tell the hole story all over again so we ends hanging up. I get a call back from Dr. Silverstein's wife who apparently runs the office telling me that I am being discharged from the practice for being rude which I wasn’t being rude I was just asking to speak with the lady that was familiar with what was going on . This office has bad attitudes the only person that was nice was the Nurse practitioner’s nurse . I would not recommend you go to this office unless you know about your insurance because they will bill you incorrectly and they are extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I always have a great experience. Both are professional. Dr. Silverstein has alway been to the point no B.S no sugar coating it. I personally like that from my doctors. He will chat with you which is cool makes it less uncomfortable to me. Not sure why I see people complaining about that…. Staff is excellent no problems ever with them. Highly recommend by me I have been going to him for 10 years and I am still alive.

They won't even see there patients! I've had a swollen uvula for 2 months already been to urgent care given antibiotics. Finally called to get an appointment to be looked at i have had no other symptoms no fever no nothing! But all the can offer is a video appointment! What good is a video appointment going to do!

All bad reviews are accurate. Worst doctor I've ever been to. Went for a routine physical & heard nothing but him talk about himself the entire time. When he quizzed me on a quote by Mao Tse-Tung, I was eyeing the door longingly. The things he talked about had NOTHING to do with conducting a physical! I've never encountered a situation like this before. I'm an easy patient with no pre-existing conditions. I feel sorry for anyone who goes to him with serious medical concerns. Quite an experience. I won't repeat it.
