List of West Taft Familycare's Reviews
I had been a patient for a few years on high blood pressure medicine for mild hypertension. I canceled one appointment for a physical that is a requirement there so I rescheduled with Matt Cambareri that was several months out. I wanted to see an actual Dr to discuss a few concerns. They called and canceled my appt the day before the appt. Then I was called the following day by mr Cambareri himself at 9:00 pm yelling at me trying to get me to admit I had been negligent by canceling my appointments. They canceled my appt and now he wants me to admit I was at fault on the phone at 9:00 at night. I was let go by Cambareri that night and I’m so glad I have moved on to a normal practice with dr’s that actually care about patients.
Absolutely avoid! extremely dehumanizing, Matt Camberari and his buddy Bresnahand deserve to be fired for the immoral way they treat and speak to their patient, i have been going to this office for years but with Matt in charge with his "new world order" approach to medcine will leave you wishing you settled for urgent care.
I have been going here for over a year and can say I have had nothing but good experiences here. The nurses are always kind and patient. My doctor Holly Fike is amazing and is always willing to address any concerns I have regarding my health.
This used to be a wonderful Practice. Now they have limited hours, the nurses are rude, argumentative and refuse to read a chart. Dr Matt is rude, and dismissive. Go somewhere else, atleast you won’t have to take time off of work for everything.
I had a horrible Dr. Cambareri he was rude and dismissive and did not listen to my needs. I love W.Taft Med but I will never see him again. Everyone else is great
Rude, did not listen or explain.
I got a call from Dr. Freeman at 8:30 at night just to let me know that my bloodwork came back and was all good!Thats dedication!
I had another primary care physician who moved out of town. As a retired nurse I am exceptionally particular about my personal physicians. I observed some minor surgery performed by Dr Matt Cambrareri and was pleasantly surprised to see Dr Matt has 'surgeon's hands' having scrubbed in the OR myself. I am currently one of his patients and between his time spent with you and his surgical dexterity, I couldn't be more pleased.
I understand everyone is freaked out about covid I work in Healthcare everyday. I am a patient there and called for swollen glands and a possible ear infection about a month ago. I was offered a telemed visit I said I needed to be seen so they could check my ear was told no only telemed. Are you kidding me? This is a Dr's office correct? I've been working with pt's since day one of this virus. I will be finding a new provider I'm shocked and appalled at this office refusing to see patients.
Wait times to be seen are always abysmally long, appointment was scheduled for 10AM and at 10:30 as I write this I still haven’t been seen. Last time I was here it took an hour and a half to be seen. If you have too many patients to be seen in a day, don’t overschedule. Unprofessional and it feels like there is little care for the patients’ time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
