Young I Seo's Online Review Report Card

I have been going to here for almost 4 year did the injections and another thing with the nerves. I’ve had three MRI’s done and the first two they said I had problems the last one they said my back was good better the his “the doctor”. But the nurse practitioner today still was willing to give me more pain meds or more injections even tho there is nothing wrong with my back. What a joke!! I want to be fixed not bandaids !!!

very ghetto practice, Doctor walks out on you if you ask about the side effects. Doctor's seem to have an attitude from the minute they walk in the patient room. I would not recommend this place. You're better off going to spine and wellness on TAFT Rd.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Seo for two years and hands down one of the best doctors I’ve had. He always makes sure I’m comfortable and as pain free as possible. He knows me as a patient not a number so that also makes him a very great doctor. 10/10 would recommend him !!

What a joke for a so called "professional" Lies (by omissions) Does not listen to his patients Makes constant mistakes Poor attitude Has temper tantrums if you tell him he doesn't listen to you Fires his patients by mail (surprise) Is like another well known pain management group in the area. In the sense that it is obvious he doesn't like long term patients. It seems he is pro surgery. He is pleasant until he is not, then watch out. (You will get a registered letter.) It is absolutely impossible to talk to any person there if you have any questions. You will have to make an appointment. You are forced to use hand sanitizer even if you just washed you hands. Most of the staff have the worst attitude. You better hope you aren't the last patient of the day especially on Friday, as you get rushed out the door with incomplete information.

Staff and doctors always take good care of me. They have a new nurse practitioner Kristen and she and I have so far gotten along well. I loved Michelle but she retired and I was ok with that she definitely earned it 😊.

the worst place i have ever been tried making appt got answering machine left message once a day finally dialed "8" got an appt after 3 weeks then ,was scheduled for an injection got a covid test per there rules then one day before my injection they canceled no explanation, i called very rude people i told them how much pain i was in and how unperfessional they were then get a call back saying dr o' quinn is dropping me as a patient ,they DO NOT care about there patients i recommend going elsewhere

Very professional and concern about my well-being

I have been to a number of doctors who give the doctor ish talk. Doctor Schaeffer talks to you in terms ,you can understand ,and his procedure back up what he said to you. I have had so much satisfaction going to CNY Pain clinic. Other clinic's just know how to nerve blocks that don't work. Or they treat you like cattle and not a person. If you go to the Surgery Center on Buckley road the personnel treat you like your someone that really care about you. Not like the hospital where just a number. This operation is past five stars how about 10 stars
