Dr. Walters is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him.

He seems caring and listens to you

Worst experience ever, he had no care or concern, assumed what I was sick with, checked only my blood pressure and breathing and told me to take a walk oitside and robituson DM, never checked me ears, nose, throat or stabbed me for anything. Meanwhile, I continue to get sicker by the hour.

I have had many doctors, Dr. WALTERS wins worst dr of all. When I first started going to him I thought it odd he had to take $10 Co pay himself and put in his office. I thought well his process. Almost every visit I said my throat hurts and my voice was horrible. Not once did he say maybe a specialist would help. I went to a specialist within a month I had surgery, no more pain, no more horrible voice. One visit he kept getting farther away from me, he said you reek of cigarettes. If all that wasn't enough, when I went to new dr She said what about your 4.3 cm herniated aorta? One year ago a test showed the herniated aorta. He never mentioned it. Perhaps because I'm a smoker I deserve it. I Don't know but I think my vet treats my dogs better. There's more but I think you've been warned, now I don't want to go to any network where he's employed if they can't see his actions.

Update: Changed doctors but Dr Walter's followed. I now need to find a new doctor because I refuse to go somewhere this man is employed. 2 years I asked him to send me to be checked for a gluten allergy. Guess who refused? Guess who has celiac disease? That's why I was always sick and missed appointments. I will no longer be going to Rochester regional family medicine in Geneseo. I just simply can not trust their judgment. A doctors pride should never get in the way of their duty to help people. If you can't put your ego aside you can't be a good doctor. He literally fired his secretary, who was also his neighbor, over her dogs being in his yard. He's just simply not a decent human at all! I was a patient for 2 years. In those 2 years I missed 3 appointments from being sick. I've been sick for a while and can't seem to figure out why. Despite asking to go to different specialist that could narrow down what exactly is wrong with me, I was told I didn't need to see them. After 3 surgeries and a current new health crisis, Dr Walter's has abandoned me and refuses to be my doctor anymore. I'm currently rushing to find a new doctor but can't find one who can see me before January. I would not recommend a doctor who will give up on you. All I wanted was help!

Nice, quiet office. Doesn't wear the classic "white coat." This is especially important to me since I get white coat symptom. Since my main visits are either blood pressure, or sometimes anxiety, it is a relief to know that the visit doesn't add to my anxiety. I like what the guy does for our community. He does family medicine and addiction medicine. I recommend him to people in need of a primary. I trust him to make ethical,common sense decisions.

Rude, like other comments office not professional. Building dirty. Never again. Wanted a 200.00 deposit prior to seeing my wife, even though she has insurance.

He is a great doctor an does what's needed for his patients.

I have been a patient under doctor Walters care for the last 3 years. In that time he has seen me through every up and down imaginable and has always shown concern and empathy for my situation. Since I have met him 3 years ago my life has changed drastically and I am now seizure free, addiction free and have found peace of mind I thought wasn't possible. He uses evidence based medicine and knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to check on me and see how I am doing in life and how my conditions are managed. Dr Thomas Walters is an intelligent, kind, and caring man that I will refer all friends and family in the future to. So long as I am near his practice I will be a patient of his.
