The receptionist is very nice and helpful. Dr. Loewenstein is a very "old school" doctor. My appointments with him always lasted an hour or longer because he would spend the first half hour reiterating what I had told him the previous appointment. He also on several occasions made inappropriate comments about how I may have to change my medications "soon" because "we aren't sure what these meds will ...

I had a very negative experience with this guy. Had to visit the testing lab on 4 occasions because this guy's handwriting is illegible and you can't get him on the phone.... Had to call him each time he tried to prescribe me something because he never actually called in the prescription.... I had a 6pm appointment one day and called to see if I could reschedule for something earlier in the day - I got a 4.30 appointment and wasn't seen until 6.30.... Not pleased with this guy.

Excellent gastrointestinal doctor that I highly, highly recommend. Dr Loewenstein offered a thorough investigation into what was happening with my digestive system. He is caring and truly concerned for your health and wellness. His diagnosis was spot on and his treatments lean towards holistic with awesome results. I battled digestive issues for over 20 years before finding Dr Loewenstein, it's been 7 months and my condition has been resolved. A great Doctor you will not regret going to see.
