Dr. Austin is my son's paediatrician and we love her. She's caring and attentive to his needs and growth. She has been his doctor since day one and we couldn't be happier with her. Dr. Austin also inquires how we are doing as parents to ensure that all us are properly cared for. The facility is clean and the wait time is about one minute. When my son was hospitalised with RSV and a cold, she called frequently to check on him. I highly recommend her.

The facility is beautiful, the front desk receptionists were delightful, welcoming, and informative and Dr. Austin and her team were so warm and patient with us and our baby boy. My husband and I were very pleased. Our questions were answered and we were offered additional advice as needed. I delivered at Weill Cornell and bringing my son to this facility just felt like home.

Dr. Austin saw us on emergency at the upper east side location. She fit my daughter in on a Saturday at the end of her day for an extremely painful ear infection. She was kind and helpful and clear in her diagnosis and treatment.

Great experience as always. She took the time to get to know our son and got him to talk about his routines, diet, etc. Very respectful and answered all of our questions. The office and the staff are all very pleasant, too. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Weill Cornell network since we went to this office for our pregnancy and had a great experience there. So far, we've only had our first visit with Dr. Austin but we are looking to have just as good of an experience. She was very attentive and great with the baby. She was patient and answered all of our questions and in turn asked us about our own well being as new parents. As always, the office staff is great, as well as all the nurses. I've already recommended her to fellow new moms and look forward to our continued relationship.

Great new facility in LIC. Modern, clean and most important great care providers. Dr Austin is our newborns 1st ever pediatrician and she has been wonderful! Very kind, very informative and really helped put our new parent minds at ease.
