Really disappointed about this doctor!I was late for the traffic and they rescheduled my appointment! I just waste my money to uber because I want to go fast! I called them before I arrived there and it’s only 10min late!But they said doctor can’t see me!I had a emergency and i took this appointment 3month ago!Its very offensive for the patient! They should understand patient feelings ☹️

I was 30-45 minutes late because of traffic. 30 without the grace period. Not only did I wait almost 4-5 months for this appointment, I drove for two hours in standstill to be told the doctor needed to go to lunch and couldn’t find time to see me. Even after I said I haven’t been medicated, I’ve been untreated for some time, they wanted me to reschedule to 4 months from now. I understand if I was being treated and it could wait, but the doctor disregarded how sick I felt and how I went out of my way for this to be told they have no time and need to go to lunch. Not even a conversation quickly to determine if it was emergent. Doctor sent a message to the front simply saying no. Don’t go here unless you have a perfect schedule.

As a type 1 diabetic, I’ve been to a lot of doctors and have had a lot of bad experiences. Dr. B is my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. She treats me as an equal partner in my care, she and her office always responds immediately to my requests. She remembers details about my life. I wish she could be my primary care provider.

He was my OB/GYN when I lived in Rochester in the 1990s and he was the best I have found over the many years in 4 different States!
