I usually don't take the time to write lenghty reviews but in this case I was compelled to do so. In short, I had a fairly serious gym injury that caused a hairline fracture of the C5 in my neck. The injury also resulted in a dsic herniation that was putting pressure on my spinal cord, casuing other symptoms, which if left untreated would get worse over time and eventually cause permanent damage. Dr. McGrath was incredibly patient, understanding, sympathetic from the very beginning. He took the time to answer a multitude of questions and never giving me the short version. All scenarios were covered and I left his office feeling confident. After the fracture healed he performed the surgery where my C5 and C6 were fused. The procedure went remarkably well. I never had any level of pain and within 2-3 weeks, most symptoms had subsided dramatically. My follow up was also a great success. More importantly, being physically very active, I get to go back to two very important passions of mine, weightlifting and martial arts. The injury was wearing me down both physically and mentally. Dr. McGrath alleviated both with his genuinely caring approach and his vast knowledge and experience in the industry. I am forever grateful to him and his incredible team for putting on track for a full recovery.
