Great experience, everyone there is so nice and it’s a beautiful building offering all different services. Dr. Keaira Dupuy is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about her and the care she provided

I have been visiting Dr. Kaplinsky for many years and she is my PCP. I always receive high quality service. Dr. Kaplinsly is very attentive and caring and she is addressing every concern you might have. It is very hard to find a good PCP these days but Dr. Kaplinsky combines all the good qualities that you wish to see in your doctor. I feel safe and secure and always recommend this doctor to my friends and all other people. Overall, I always receive the quality service from my PCP Dr. Kaplinsky. Very professional doctors are very hard to find and I am very happy that I found one many years ago. This year the Ronkonkoma office seems to be more organized comparing to previous years. The waiting time has been reduced drastically and I can visit doctor and do several tests in one day which was not the case in previous years. I think Ronkonkoma ACPNY office is privileged to have Dr. Kaplinsky as part of their team.

Have been going to Dr Kaplinsky for apostasy 10 years, it’s time for a new doctor. She doesn’t listen to your concerns. She hardly looks up from the computer screen in the 5 minutes she spends with you. You’ll be lucky if she acknowledges your existence in the room. You’re just another number to them. If advantage care we really concerned with this review, send me a private email so I can discuss in my details my issues. Would rather not publicly list my health concerns that fell on deaf ears. Taking my day off work today to find a new primary care physician.

Dr. Singh has been very helpful to my husband and I. We both like that everything you need to have done is in the same building. Blood work, X-rays, & to see other specialists. We find that very convenient. The answering service and appointment scheduling has gotten a bit bad since Covid but so has many other places & things. “ The new normal” is just not good enough.

I highly recommend this practice. Dr Kaplinsky is a real sweetheart. Erin the nurse has been a huge help during my nursing application process. I had no issue getting an appointment in order to have all my immunizations ready for the school semester. She responds to my messages on the portal and made my life a lot easier.

Horrible. Horrible practice. They do not call patients back or answer calls. They are rude. Negligent. Stay far away from this practice especially if you have cancer and need referrals. Only gave one star because I had to give something. It’s more like minus a billion. It’s a factory there.

Had blood work was quick with friendly phlebotomists.

I see specialists and my primary care doctor at this office, and I never have a bad experience. They are always very nice, prompt, and helpful. They are quick to provide the services you need. The online patient portal is very convenient. Availability is never too limited. I would recommend going here.

Very seldom the wait can be a few minutes but my personal doctor (Dr. Singh) is well worth it. She is very attentive and genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of her patients. The staff is amazing they remember the patients and are just so nice and caring.

Im sched for surgery the office faxed over my paper work Dr quit practice I'm in pain they are no help gave the lady at office of nuero surgery attitude and said they'll call.back and hung up place is a joke absolutely horrible people with 2nd rate foreign doctors do not go here I didn't even know I wasn't thier patient anymore
