Hildy Saperstein's Online Review Report Card

I usually don't post reviews but Dr Saperstein is very thorough , patient and gentle. Takes time to answer questions. Only issue is you need to make appointment mths in advance or u won't be able to get in. But it's worth a alarm set on your phone.

Very unhappy with my visit!

If there was a way to give her zero stars I would. She was impatient, unsympathetic and just down right rude. From the moment she entered the room she was very negative because I came back with the same problem. She didn't allow me to voice my concerns seeing as the issue didn't go away but instead got worse. She made me feel like she didn't care about what I was going through. She did all the talking and no listening at all. Dr. Saperstein treated me like I wasn't worth her time, like I wasn't worth anything. I was holding back tears during the experience because I felt unheard, hopeless and sad! :-{ NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dr.Saperstein was referred to me by a relative. The appointment was scheduled months in advance, she is almost always booked. However, it was worth the wait. Dr.Saperstein was freindly, professional, and thoroughly answered all my questions.The staff was courteous and the process from check in to seeing the doctor was quick and efficient. I had a great patient experience and I definitely recommend her.

This was the worst experience ever!!!!!!! Do not waste your time. She treated me as if I did something wrong for trying to see a doctor for being concerned that I had my period for a month. She screamed at me several times because my mask kept sliding down while trying to explain to her my situation.f I kept trying to pull up my mask while talking. She stated she was going to walk away if I didn’t put it up which I kept doing while talking. I never got to finish my story because she kept screaming at me instead of listening to me explain. She was wearing an N95 mask and was 6 ft away, I ended to putting on my cloths and waking out after I told her that she was very rude and I wasn’t going to have her treat me. She then tried changing her tone with me but by then I was so upset! If she treated me so badly in those 2 mins, I could imagine how she would have treated my vagina. She has horrible bedside manner!!!! She should not be treating patients because she really doesn’t care for them. She should go live on a farm with other animals because that’s how she acts.

Dr. Saperstein is by far the BEST doctor. She is thorough and always takes the time to answer my questions and advise.

Made me and my daughter feel unwanted and she’s not caring at all. Very dismissive and in a rush to get you out. She’s only in it for the money. I don’t even want to give her any stars but I have to give one to get my review up here. We will NEVER EVER go back to her!!!!!

This doctor is very dismissive and makes you feel like she is doing you a favor by seeing you. I went to see her the first time and she was dismissive and I said okay maybe she just has a bad day and when I went for the second time it was the same if not even worse. She laughed at me when I told her my symptoms and mumbled and left the room. That's how I knew I had to get a new GYN asap and thank God I did
