My Physician is attentive and professional . In todays world finding doctors who have a passion for the challenges facing modern medicines its refreshing to see this played out with her interactions and course of treatments .

It’s on time and doctor take her time to talk and explained your situation and always nice care.

I HAVE USED DR.KAY FOR MANY YEARS AND I AM CONFIDENT IN HER KNOWLEDGE,EXPERIENCE AND BEDSIDE MANNER. SHE LISTENS AND HEARS ME WHEN I SPEAK AND ALWAYS REFERS ME WHEN NECESSARY TO ANOTHER EXPERIENCED HELPFULL DOCTOR. SHE IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. IT IS UNFORTUNATE,HOWEVER, THAT ADVANTAGE CARE PHYSICIANS OVERBOOKS DR. KAY UT IN MY OPINION SHE IS WORTH WAITING FOR!!!!

I had chronic back pain that started in October 2016. I saw her in August 2017 to fix it. The back pain would get so intense that I wouldn’t be able to move. I believe her diagnosis was a herniated disc. She told me to lose weight and then come back in a few months because that was most likely the problem. Would you tell a thin patient with the same problem to lose weight? No. I went to another doctor who referred me to physical therapy and I’m doing better, no thanks to Dr Kolontinskaya.

I am very impressed about the waiting time to see the doctor. Never more than 10-15 minutes. Doctor K has always been thorough, and doesn't seem in a rush. She is always very personable and professional.

I am an above average extremely educated individual and I would not recommend her. She falls below standards, for the level of care of what one should expect from a primary care doctor. I first saw her years ago, switched to 2 other doctors and when they left I tried her again. Needed a note to allow me to work at home one add'l day, made me see 3 specialists, causing me severe daily stress commuting over a year until I lost my job because she refused to help. Rude impatient staff named Ann.

I was switched to this doctor after my doctor was laid off and I'm very disappointed... she is okay but when i tell her about something that is bothering me she sort of brushes it off like oh thats nothing. If I'm concerned i would rather you check it out then tell me it's nothing. And she moved too quick. you spend more time waiting then with her

They call her Dr. K. My mom, me and several of my female cousins all use her. Very thorough, patient. She does not rush you. She stays on top of all necessary test that you may need and if there is a problem she will call you. I took my mom (88 years old) to her one Friday afternoon. Mom had been complaining about her stomach. Dr. K examined her and sugguested that I take her to ER. Emergency surgery was performed that night to save my mothers life. Dr K could have easily written prescriptions for some test to be done but instead she made a decision in the best interest of the patient. my mother would have not survived the weekend. When I callled to thank her she felt that she was just doing her job. She is so committed to her practice. I love her. Downside, she is in a HIP medical center.
