Ive been requesting for a written ostomy medical supplies prescription/referral for almost 120 days already and still haven't received yet it. I called the facility multiple times they're always unable care team never called me back and didn't respond to my emails. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Majid was my PCP for a few years. I found her to be competent, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a few PCPs at the Valley Stream office and she was by far the best. She was very thorough and never rushed our appointment, she also ordered the necessary tests and followed up in a timely matter. She seemed very caring and listened to all my concerns. I have and still recommend her, she was good in my opinion. I was upset that I had to go to another facility due to insurance.

i had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Majid. I was not able to see my primary which always an issue at acpny no matter the urgency. where to the point I had decided to find another physician elsewhere. I went in panicking and worrying something is off balance with me. I Frantically explained my symptoms. I did not feel rushed by her.( my primaryDr. xxxyyyzzz always cuts me off and giving a quick rushed answer to what I'm explaining, which I always find to be rude when she does) I was in awe of dr Majid great professionalism and caring ways. She thoroughly and politely explained the protocols and giving me a referl to see a specialist.

The staff at the advantage care office in valley stream are very unwarm. They make you feel as if you are an annoyance and don't try to understand your pain. The front desk representatives make you feel unwanted.

Today was the first time I saw Dr.Majid and I found her to be very thorough,caring, helpful and I really liked her a lot I would recommend her to anyone.
