We brought in our two children in for the first time last month to the Valley Stream location, and from booking the appt to dealing with staff at reception to the exceptional NA, nurse and Dr. Bichotte, we couldnt have been more pleased! Everyone was so nice and friendly and very transparent about any issues and went above and beyond to make the children feel comfortable and safe. The nurse giving vaccinations is QUICK DRAW MCGRAW! He had my daughter given two vaccines before I could count to 5. I mean, wow. Painless, too. And Dr. Bichotte is so kind and comforting and just a lovely doctor to have treating the children. I WILL absolutely be returning with my children. So happy to have found such a great doctor with a great practice.

I love Dr. Bichotte, I was so amazed with her and the way she will treat my baby. I was very sad when they told me that they wouldn't been taking my insurance no more, I picked her before my baby was born and when I meet her she was the best. I had to change pediatrician and I still cant accept it 😭

Dr. is a great doctor! The staff in this office is horrible. They're not friendly, you feel rushed when asking a question, they are quick to refer you to another office because "supposedly" they are booked, but when you're in the office, the waiting area is empty.

DR, BICHOTTE IS A SMART AND KNOWLEDABLE PHYSICIAN. I ALSO WORK IN THE HEALTH FIELD AND COME ACROSS MANY DOCTOR'S AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS SHE TRULY CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS AND TAKE HER TIME WITH THEM AND MAKES SURE THE PARENTS ARE AT EASE AND UNDERSTANDS EVERYTHING.
