Kathryn Mchugh's Online Review Report Card

Dr. McHugh is an amazing doctor! I have had great outcomes since I have began seeing her. She guided me to all the right specialists and I feel better than I have in years.

Very unprofesional only 6 years expierience! this Doctor Kathryn Mchugh has been a Nightmare with her!! I am happy to say that I dismissed this Doctor on September 14, 2020 (Fired) and also picked up my medical chart and left Lowville Medical Associates as my care was being neglected by her and right from the start, I had gut instincts that this had my health in jeopardy, she had diagnosed me with l3,l4,l5 impenging on my sciatica nerve also arthritis and bulging dics radiates from lower spine right side radiates all the down my right leg down to my right foot and my right calf most times it is goes like to sleep with severe pain and causes me to fall down at times, when I would complain and had seen her it seems she was not grossly consuming the right information I was telling her almost as if a dislexia peoblem of some sort, everything I complained of this Doctor Kathryn Mchugh said I didn't compain in her notes and everything I didn't complain of she said I complained of. This Doctor mchugh had me sobbing with tears running down my face ..she had an expresdion on her face like a pout look like she was sympothizing but did not at all, I also got a new Nurse with Dr. Mchugh that never took my vitals bp or weights the first few times I had an appointment, the nurse that Linda had was sara she was excellent too with a heart of Gold as well as Linda Moisher NP was excellent with me and did testing and ect very thoroughly and I never had a problem with Linda Moisher also had a Heart of Gold, or any Office staff before this Young Doctor I am 61 years old and I dismissed her as she was being careless and riskey in my medical care and cried everytime I see her as my medical issues never got addressed, I askedcif I could go back to seeing Dr. Lyndacker as hecwas my primary doctor but was yold no and I asked to see Melissa Muha as well my dauggter sees her and shecis excellentvas well ..I was told no! When she diagnosed me with hashomotos this is my second auto immune disorder a long with fibromyalgia and I have a severe fibromyagia flare up body excruciating pain no topical offered nothing!! Also I had to literally ask for an endrocronologosts specialists as I am not put together like anyone else due to a botched surgery laproscopic Gall bladder surgery which left me in crictical condition and had to be transfered to Cooperstown and that is where I met Doctor Gold Cheif Surgeon in 1991 and the error was severe and he did not know what he was going to do to keep me a live and had to study me for a week ..as he told me I would not survive the way I was..so I hasd to drink my own bile draining from a bag stapped to me mixed either with grape juice or orange juice just to keep my organs alive while he studied with his excellent team for a week or soo my organs would not starve. This Doctor has only 6 years expierence and had practiced in florida at a sports medicine office not sure why she left florida ..but now is here. This Doctor I dismissed on September 14,2020 and left Lowville medical Associates that day for good with my medical records only giving untill September 14, 2020 and to be revoked for dr.mchugh final day for eviction of medical records ect revoked for office and dr.mchugh on final date October 14, 2020. I never had an issue with Lowville Medical Associates until Dr. Mchugh became my Doctor I was glad and relieved to not have her for my family doctor anymore as she was being neglectful and not thourough with my medical care and left me in pain and I am in severe pain today with no family doctor in place because of this doctor and two office staff ther ES Office Manager and Missy works front desk bigger lady with blonde hair. Never had an issue with none of them when Linda Moisher NP was my medical provider and worked under Dr. Lyndacker. Not sure why they did what they did, and lying as well all 3 lied! My husband still sees Dr.Mchugh and his appointment was on October 30, 2020 and I had left facility on September 1

A very mean person

Me and my little Person absolutely love her and she has been with us from beginning until end and we are going to miss her once residency is over for her.

Worst Dr i have Ever Experienced! She lied about Medical History! Due to a Supervisor in the Room. I have been with the Practice for over 10 yrs an Now they are Kicking me out of the practice because i said that The Dr was incorrect about My Medical History. An said (That is Un true, an a Lie) Next thing i know The Supervisor stood up an said ( thats All i need to know) an said i need to find a New Dr. Shame Shame on Halifax family sports meds. Discrimination!
