Neil Soskel's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr Soskel for 35 years. Just try to make a appointment for a physical. He is booked until March. They can’t go past February why can’t you make an appointment all year round? I miss Jeanine

If you could post lower than a one star you should be allowed. The office staff is horrible. The office manager is horrible and should never be involved in healthcare. They are not accommodating. The registration is terrible and their whole demeanor about health care and why they do their work is terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

I just got back from Dr.Soskel's office. I saw Dr Kaur who is wonderful! The office staff and medical assistant are GREAT! The office staff was so nice & efficient! The medical assistant was also quite competent . What a great experience going to a Drs office!

in general i like this office. all the doctors are nice and the staff is usually quick to help. unfortunately with in the last week, i have delt with tanasia three times. she has been rude, says she cant do what i am asking without even knowing what i am asking for, and also tells me someone else will do it and it never gets done.

I highly recommend Dr. Soskel and team. I bring my mother to his office and will continue to because he and his staff know what they’re doing and provide great care.

Dr. Soskel and his staff can always be relied upon to correctly diagnose and treat me when I am ill. I trust them.

The rudest and most unprofessional front desk staff, especially Jeanine. They don’t greet you when you arrive and act like you did something wrong to them while they sit there and talk about their own personal stories while you wait to be checked in. I have been a patient for years and consider changing doctors because of how rude they are upon arrival. I can only imagine how they treat elderly people or ones who truly aren’t feeling well with no empathy.

First time I came for an appointment the receptionist was literally being cursed out by a patient Second time I went for an appointment I realize why the receptionist or unprofessional and rude My appointment was at 1:15 I get there I wanted the receptionist says in a very nasty loud voice I’m out to lunch so have a seat - wth!!!! I will never go to the office again I suggest no one goes to the office ever!!! Unless they fire the staff and get a new one because the doctor and head nurse were highly professional an awesome

I have been going to this practice for over 25 years. Dr. Soskel is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He has been invaluable to me, my parents, and my husband. Jeanine has been the face at the front desk for years and has always been welcoming and efficient. I was there today and she was incredibly helpful. I have also seen Jillian in the past and she is dynamite as well. I feel so much comfort in being a patient there and have tremendous gratitude for everyone in this practice. Thanks for all that you do! I have witnessed your nonstop dedication to your patients for years.
