My wife went to see Dr. Rho for a small shard of glass in her finger. He recommended surgery to remove it. We had the surgery and thought everything was fine. A few months later the SAME shard of glass worked its way to surface of my finger. Went back to Orlin & Cohen and saw another specialist. He performed and x-ray & confirmed that it was the EXACT shard of glass that we were told was removed. The new doctor looked at Dr. Rho’s report and it says that the shard was removed and sent for analysis. The analysis people responded that nothing was sent. Basically, Rho acted like he removed glass from my wife’s finger and then sent it over for analysis. None of which was true. We left messages for the manager and risk management to call us back but never got a call. Lawyers told us that since my wife wasn’t seriously injured, they wouldn’t be able to help us with a case. DO NOT USE DR. RHO. Orlin & Cohen is ok but they dropped the ball by not even calling us back to offer some kind of resolution.

Went in for a broken hand, Dr. walked in, looked at the xray and said 6 weeks to heal and I would need a cast, then left. Wasn't even in the room for 5 minutes. The nurse came in, wrapped with gauze and took me to check out. No one explained anything about care, pain, nothing. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr Rho is very thorough and caring. He operated on my wrist and he did an excellent job. I’m not in pain anymore like I used to be. He explained all that he did in regards to my surgery.
