If you want a Doctor that actually cares and is compassionate and actually takes the time to get to know her patients and their wants and needs and goes above and beyond... Dr. Tibbens-Scalzo is the best fit for you. She is a 5 star Doctor with a 10 star heart!!! No one better out there...guaranteed!!

She is very thoughtful and good doctor. Attentive, and responds well to lab results and messages through MyCare. Easy to get an appointment with, and friendly. Only thing I don't care for too much is the scribe.

I’m posting for a friend that does not have a Smart phone or computer access!!! This office does not call you back, they will not get you in to be seen if you need an appt that day, if you are referred there from Dr Riggs office expect to not be listened to nor appreciated!! Please find another dr that will listen to you.

Great doctor, moved to Fairport and was looking for a new PCP close by. Glad I chose this place. Compassionate and takes her time- the only thing I don't like so much is the scribe, at least for visits having to do with mental health or other private matters.
