I felt that doctor Coleman was very thorough in her eye examination. She also was very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

This office, in my opinion, is run haphazardly. I've had a sloppily constructed handwritten prescription printed out and handed to me which which was rejected by my own lab. Office seemed dumfounded by this event causing a delay of 6 weeks before the they admitted that my lab could have been confused by the way it was written. Calls were unreturned and when I finally had a chance to talk directly with the staff, there was much eye rolling and grumpiness at having to review the rejected script. I lost six weeks during this time and had to drive with old and outdated corrective eyeglasses. It was a little scary.Impersonal, confused and disintrested staff.

Dr. Coleman was very professional and friendly. Took her time with me and I never felt rushed. Although this was my first visit with her, I would highly recommend her.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous !!! Did not think it was possible, but in this office you will wait around more than in the DMV!!! Unless the doctor is a miracle worker,stay away!!

Dr Coleman and her staff are wonderful. They take their time with your examination, answer all you questions and make you feel valued. I have been with them for 25+ years and now my kids and husband are patients of theirs too.
