I’ve been wanting to know more about Chinese medicine and acupuncture for a while now. I came across Acupuncture in Westchester Ira Wahrman L.Ac and decided to book an appointment. From the initial call to booking my consultation, I felt relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I made the right decision. Ira is very knowledgeable in this field. He walks you through everything he’s is planning to do he explains why you have certain symptoms and how acupuncture and Chinese medicine will work with your body. After my first acupuncture session and diet change regiment I felt like I’m on the right path now. Most of the symptoms I came in with were able to be controlled by simple changes in my everyday routine. Ira’s facility is clean, comfortable and very welcoming. I truly believe most people are nervous to try something new as I was but all we have to do is give it a chance. Thank you Ira for guiding me on the correct path which I’ve been searching for for a while. See you this week .

I highly recommend Ira, he is very knowledgeable, very professional, and very kind. He always addressed my questions and concerns with assertiveness, and provided me with confidence in the treatment. I attended his practice to address my anxiety and migraines, and not only got the treatment, but also a new insight to wellness and a healthier life. I always felt that his treatment was tailored to my specific needs. His office is extremely clean, and quiet, which always provided me with the calmness I needed. Im feeling thankful that I was able to be under his treatment.

Excellent job. Ira reduced the discomfort in my hips and knees. He employs a variety of techniques that alleviate my walking problems. After years of using acupuncture, Ira is by far the best.
