Paid my coinsurance at visit, then received a bill for the entire amount in 2 days, due upon receipt. They never put it through the insurance company! Nasty.

Went there with a bad cold, and was told by the Nurse Practitioner, that I should not rest and continue with daily duties. He, the Nurse Practitioner, said it does not matter that I spread the virus to others, since that is where I got it from.

Dr. Waseem has a welcoming bedside manner. He was very through and kind. The office staff is equally exceptional, especially Candy. She helped me out with my pharmacy when I had an unexpected issue. Thank you all for both a positive and wonderful experience during my urgent care visit.

Very pleased with our visit. The nurses were soo patient and helpful with our registration and Dr. Shahid was soo kind and knowledgeable. His humor put us at ease with our visit. He’s amazing with kids. Thank you guys for the excellent care 💖

Online appointment , registration by your phone is a great system to ovoid waiting time, Service was excellent, all staff was very nice and helpful! Definitely, I will use them again and again!!

Upon entering the office I was immediately greeted by the receptionist... She made everything easy and it was a very caring experience. Upon entering the office The doctor's assistant Was very considerate And made me feel very comfortable... I was seen by doctor Shahid whoI would highly recommend.. He's very knowledgeable Definitely put you at ease... Nice to know there's an emergency physician one You can trust..
