Let me start by saying how RUDE the receptionist is. Working around kids and having someone with that attitude is a pretty bad look.With that being said I would like to add how the nurses checked my baby and didn’t even follow common practice by checking her temperature weight etc. No need to say they come inside the room and don’t even greet you or your baby. Good luck waiting in line and good luck waiting for the results which by the way they never end up putting them on the portal.

On tuesday my wife brought my daughter because she had fever. Not much was done the doctor was young and seem without much of experience. My daughter was sent home without any prescription. Today i brought her back because she still have fever but the receptionist had some nasty attitude so i left and and I took my daughter to children hospital. The clinic should do a fallow up on patients. Have some sympathy and not be so cold when people walk to the facility. Hire people who really want to work not only because they just want to get pay. Overall bad service.

Las peores recepcionistas. Tienen una actitud súper fea. Y lo peor de todo es q no m tomo la información y m tuvo esperando 2 ahora afuera con mi bebe enferma. Ningún momento salió a hablar. Y cuando volví a preguntar apenas y me tomo la información. Un servicio pésimo.

Absolutely they have the rudest receptionist angel.

I came as a walk-in 3 1/2 hours before closing to have my two children tested for COVID before schoolyear. The receptionist told me they don't accept walk-ins anymore tonight. She mentioned there were 13 or so patients before us outside in the parking lot waiting to be tested. I said we had ample time before midnight to become their 14th and 15th patients. After some more back-and-forth with the receptionist, two "virtual visits" on the PM Anywhere app with a doctor to be cleared for testing (complete nonsense) and signing in on another app, we got our tests done within 40 minutes - totally reasonable for a walk-in situation. What is not reasonable is the receptionist trying to deny me service for no valid reason and only giving in when I make it clear I will not tolerate such treatment.

This is the worst urgent care for kids. I get there are a lot of things going on in the world but I had waited with my 3 year old son from 8-11:30. He was not feeling well and the doctor didn't see anything wrong. The doctor was nice and willing to hear my concerns. But he wanted to do a Covid test and check his blood level. So we proceeded and my son was such a trooper. I was toldI would get results 2-3 Days. Come to the end of the week I didnt get the results. Instead I got a phone call to call back. In Talking with them they said that the Covid test was not processed due to the label on the test. So they said my son can come back and not wait on line to redo a test. Unbelieve!! If this is has happened to you, I just thought what a waste of time. My son is feeling better and now we are off to see his real pediatrician instead. I will never go back there again!

Very good experience. We were a walk-in for a covid test and the system is very efficient.

Horrible service. Front desk rude and don’t care about the patients. I have to wait more than 40 mins after checking in, and more than 1 hr 30 mins un the room. My baby had high fever and they didn’t care about her condition. I used to like this location but now it’s very disappointing

They were fabulous!! They take walk ins and they let us check in and wait to be called so we just sat in the car until we could go in which was great. They X-rayed my son’s hand and were so friendly and nice. I’m so thankful we have them to go to!! Things always happen at night and it’s great they are there!! Thanks so much!!

For this appt, we got called and attended to fairly quickly than before.
