Manhasset Dental Arts's Online Review Report Card

The dentist charged my insurance for a cleaning she never performed. She left me in the room for an hour without performing any kind of service. She began telling me everything that I needed to get done to my teeth. I waited in the room for her to come back for an hour and then went to the front desk because she never showed up. I told the girls working at the desk that the dentist never came to do the cleaning they said okay and called her. She comes up to me and says I’m all set and need to make an appointment for a deep cleaning without performing any kind regular cleaning. She was extremely rude and she lied to my insurance saying she performed a cleaning. Absolutely disgusting place.

Called to confirm my family’s 3 Saturday appointments (which were scheduled 6 months ago at our last visit) after being put on hold for 8 minutes- the receptionist nonchalantly states Dr. Emily has to randomly cancel all three of our appointments; saying we will call you back in a little while to reschedule you back in for two weeks from this past Saturday. No call back that Friday afternoon nor Monday morning. When I called Monday at midday was only then told Dr. Emily won’t be offering any future Saturday appointments. Then was offered various single middle of the day weekday appointments that would necessitate taking time off of both work and school and coming to the office 3 separate times. Exceedingly unprofessional to cancel 3 family member’s Saturday appointments (at consecutive times)and then not reschedule them for the following Saturday and instead, office should THEN advise, that going forward, that Dr. Emily would no longer offer Saturday appointments. No apology no explanation no honoring your existing current Saturday appointments first-that were scheduled SIX months in advance. Why weren’t we called months ago to be advised of this and in fact even worse, why we were not even called the Friday afternoon before our Saturday appointments to be told? If I hadn’t called myself that Friday afternoon to confirm our 3 appts., who knows if they would have ever called. Beyond unprofessional in now leaving their 3 dental patients to suddenly find 3 new Saturday appointments together at the last minute in a new dental office. Unacceptable.

Dr. Abrams is amazing! First of all, extremely personable and really cares for the best treatment and results for his patients. I got gum grafting surgery and his work is remarkable! Highly recommend!

Dr.Michael did a fantastic job with my sons braces! His teeth are so straight and the whole process was seamless. He is so patient, always available for help or assistance and the office has great service. Thanks!

The practice is friendly and modern. However their cleaning is not thorough; Dr Emily practically finish cleaning and polishing my teeth in less than 10 minutes! Also they don't give a care kit after my visit. Last time, they gave me a care kit, and it was very skimpy. Other practices are more generous.

I love these guys. Every trip to the dentist for my children is a holiday now. I recommend to everyone. Excellent specialists and simply pleasant and very nice people.❤️

Dr. Abrams and Dr. Emily are so fantastic. They are both unbelievably professional, kind, and attentive. The whole clinic staff did their best to make my experience wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been coming here since this pace opened. Every time I go, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The doctors are the best; they do more than provide dental services. They are artists.
