If I could give it zero I would. So many mistakes and they kill you. Hopefully you make it out of ER. Floor is just as bad.
26 hours after entering the ER - came in as a pre admit and still awaiting a room ! Apparently they have no beds available and everyone is in wait mode. Told here was a 5 hour wait just to be seen last night!!!
Excellence
My daughter was at college and she got severe abdominal pain, they got the ambulance and transferred her to the Emergency Room at that hospital, she was crying from the pain that she couldn’t tolerate, I ran there when she called me and found her sitting in the waiting area bending over. I waited with her for about an hour then I asked how much longer we have to wait! The nurse replied in a very rude way and said at least 4 hours, they are really busy because they keep the patients waiting for hours without taking any action, of course they have to be busy! They don’t do or discharge patients to seem busy! I’m very disappointed in them, so unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! It’s just a big name but it’s not worth it to go there!
My son received a kidney transplant on 7/9/23. He was taken care of by the absolutely wonderful nurses and staff on 6 Monte and so was I, as I do not leave my son's side. On 9/12/23 he was admitted thru the ER with the CMV virus. Again we were placed on 6 Monte and again I cannot express how wonderful the staff is. Every single nurse, Dr, and aide, especially Sam who was our night nurse. This may sound crazy but it is comforting to know that anytime my son has an issie or is sick he will be sent to 6 Monte. Nurses are truly heros. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful
I was in a accident so sent to ER. Stayed for 5hrs. Only get me some Tylenol with a little water drinking water. If u need help, u need shout out then someone will come to you. Make sure SHOUT OUT OK? The doctor, nurse barely spoke to me. Most of time in there just waiting. I saw people wore hospital uniforms walking around do nothing. plus the ppl work in there are rude. I’ll make sure myself got hell out there when I need medical attention. A horrible terrible ridiculous experience in this hospital.
Er department. Quick to get tests administered if department is not busy, Not quick to get tests read. Too many hands in the cookie jar and the left doesn't talk to the right. Patients are not allowed food or water in ER department. When getting admitted not till after 11 pm and no room just a holding area. This is inhumane treatment.
5 hours for a doctor to come and check an accident patient!!! What a joke...Garbage..
Excellent.
Truly awful. Avoid at all cost.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
